Each charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and an assortment of basic refreshments. The specific offerings vary depending on the charter type — for example, sunset trips come with premium snacks and beverages, while business charters provide meeting amenities and corporate food options.
When should I make a reservation?
We suggest making a reservation at least two to three weeks beforehand, particularly during the busy season from May through September. For business gatherings and private functions, reserving four to six weeks early will ensure greater availability and give us ample time for personalization.
What is the procedure if the weather is unfavorable?
Our number one concern is safety. In the case of hazardous weather deemed by our captain, we'll propose a new date for your charter or issue a complete refund. We track the weather diligently and will reach out 24 hours before departure if the forecast seems uncertain.
Am I allowed to bring my own snacks and drinks?
Absolutely, feel free to provide your own food and drinks. Moreover, we provide exceptional food services and can tailor menus according to your tastes. Note that glassware is not allowed on board for safety reasons.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility issues?
We aim to make our services available to all individuals. Certain vessels in our fleet are more accessible than others. Kindly get in touch with us during the reservation process to talk about any specific requirements, and we will suggest the most fitting yacht and organize the necessary arrangements.
What is the policy on cancellations?
If you cancel 72 hours or more before departure, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to departure, there's a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable, except in cases of poor weather or mechanical issues attributable to us.
